No good deed goes unpunished.
I got on a roll cleaning and painting, I rebuilt and painted the pedal assembly, welded the steering wheel hub on and painted the column, painted all the rear axle parts to install it when I get my bushings and bolts in. Painted the fuel cell mounts and I cut the dash out for the gauges and painted all the interior parts that I wanted Satin black.
But, when the misses saw I had the big paint gun out painting all these parts, she decided it was time to paint all the wrought Iron stuff around the house. Arrgh... but it does looks nice and I did have enought paint, barely, but enough. Probably got myself a few brownie points as well, which I'll use up at the swap meet next weekend.
