No entry for last week, since I was busy trying to get a lot of work done on the stude. The 51 Dodge is sort of on hold since I need to get the cash up to get my tranny back from repair. $1500 repair job for $400! Tranny was rebuilt using corvette parts and servos on the 4L60E trans. (it's nice having your own tranny guy!). and comes with a new torque converter. So I need to do some ebay sales, (that will be for the rainy days) and sell some stuff on there. Spent pretty much all of last week working on the floor in the cab, working the firewall and reworking the rear body mount for the truck. It's starting to come together pretty quick... I still need to get some better welding skills on the sheet metal, can't quite figure out what I am doing wrong.... But it's strong and holds, just takes me longer....
