I have to get back into working all day and then putting a couple hours into the car.
Marked out the opening for the electrical contact. Cut the hole. This one has two extra compared to the driver's door so the window switch on the dash will allow the driver to operate the window.
Drilled the holes for the mounting screws and cut a filler for the hole created for the failed attempt at putting in a flexible wire conduit.
Drilled alignment holes in the hinges and welded the plug in the cowl.
This door is a lot ''tighter'' than the driver's door. The only area that needs filled is the top rear. All the rest is either right or requires grinding (and welding and more grinding). I tacked the 1/8'' rod in place before calling it a night.
