I was all set to put a Fiero V6 n the woodie, since I got a brand new motor from local votech. They had been given it by GM and were going to scrap it. A small donation to the auto program and it was mine. But much derision from my buddies and next thing you know I was in Boston trailering home a '62 Buick Special powered by a all aluminum 215 cu in V8. This motor was used in '61-'63 Buick Specials and found its way into hydroplanes, jeep conversions and even an Indy car. This was a four barrel motor which had 10:1 compression. Also angle plugs and was basically a baby nailhead.
