For whatever reason I cannot get the oil filter to work with the headers I have even though I ran them on another Pontiac with the same filter housing. It lacks about 1/4" for the filter to spin on, plus it'll be right on top of the hot headers but I was hoping to get it running with what I had.
I was planning on a remote filter eventually so now that I'm forced into it, why not?
I looked over the web, found several adapters and could have bought one for the block, but for what they cost I decided for fun to try and make one.
Here's one from Nunzi, nice part and I've bought stuff from them before, but here's mine. Took me about 20 minutes to make it.
