Next I tack welded the wing piece in place. I then laid the front panel of the visor on top of the wing piece, as shown in Photo # 1 and from the back side scribed the contour of the wing piece onto the front panel.
I then cut the front panel as marked and temporarily mocked it up to check for fitment as shown in Photos # 2 and # 3. I will need to fabricate the driver’s side wing piece and take care of a few other odds and ends before I can tack weld this end of the visor in place.
