The lower bracket was a little low so I drilled another set of holes and moved it up the fender. Another test fit of the tire and I realized that the bracket did not fit the tire right so I modified the bends until it fit the tire and had to drill two more holes I will weld them shut along with a few other holes after I strip down the fender.
