I marked it off every inch and applied slight bends until I had the radius I wanted. Next I used a dolly with a curve to press a radius in the other direction. I then sanded it to remove the scratches from the factory. And sanded, and sanded, and sanded, and sanded some more. Did I mention I sanded it? After hitting it with 600 wet sandpaper, I was than ready to make the final bend. My press brake would not make as tight a bend that I needed so I fabricated a smaller die to fit into my brake and make the bend. It looks rough but works well.
