I marked it for the bolt hole and made some pie cuts and bent it to get the shape of the original. I then MIG welded the cuts and ground and shaped it then back to sanding. After I used the 600 grit I then moved to the buffing wheel. Not too bad but you can still see the factory scratches. I have a 1x30 belt sander and some 320, 400, and 600 belts ordered I will redo it later. The reason that the cab mount is blue I turned it upside down to allow for the smaller tire and needed to bend it.
