Today we fabbed up the spring perches for the front end out of 3/8 hot rolled plate by torching out the rough shape and then machining to spec per the CAD drawing shown. It was a slow process, but the parts came out really nice. tomorrow, I will be cutting and maching the front side rails to accept the front cross member, then it will be time to weld the frame together! :)
