I had the glass installed at a local shop, "Elite Glass" here in Phoenix. The tech. was very helpfull, and cautious with the $400.00 w/s frame. I described the application, and he had some very helpfull suggestions. One was to use the brown(bronze) tint to contrast with the yellow body paint.
I backordered the polished S/S functional frame hinges, but for now I will clean up the outside surfaces of the plain hinges. And apply some clear paint to keep them from rusting. Haven't seen much rust yet in Arizona, but 50 years in California have made me cautious, "Rust Never Sleeps". Also I will install the w/s braces to the sides, and anchor to the frame, NOT the headlight posts!!
Also picked up a nice little "billet" rear view mirror from my favorite store, "The Chrome Guy", here in Glendale, AZ.
Whoops, I didn't mention the Hillborn Scoop on the carb. yet. I finally broke down and WENT FOR IT. TOO MUCH?????
