The RH floor is in good shape, just a little surface rust, the floor plugs were trashed though.
The driver side floor is a little bad, a few pin holes, I'll have to see how far it needs to go once I grind with the wire brush, hopefully I can fill the pin holes and coat with maybe POR. Not going for concourse resto here.
The RH quarter got ugly, the louvers had a lot of filler in them, no good way to rework them so I had planned on buying a aftermarket quarter, cutting out a patch panel and replacing just the louvered area, after taking apart the door jamb parts I found where the quarter has been crunched a little further than I thought, even has a slight rise in the line at the quarter glass, this may require a full quarter with jamb, but I really don't want to get into replacing the full sail panel and everything.
I'll have to get a professional involved to evaluate where we can stop. Don't want to fall into the midas well.
Next step is getting the dash out and front trim and bumper off. But that'll be another weekend.
