I was watching a show on the history chanell about muscle cars, and John Delorian was on there talking about the 63 tempest he put together with a 421 and a 4 speed. This was the car he put together to drive back and forth to work. I'm sure everyone knows that this was the car that insired the GTO.
This got me thinking, what would his pickup truck have looked like? I decided I would build that truck. It would have a Big block Cheverolet and Turbo 400, along with all the possible options, but it needed to look like it was put together at the factory, so it needed to look like a 65 396. One of these pictures is of a 366 in a C60 truck, the others are of my 305 V6 that I took out.
