From there on out we had to pop off the leave springs and detach all of the brake lines because we weren't just flipping the axle, we were putting in a 8.8 from a ford explorer. And with the perks of putting in a new rear end we were able to figure out what we wanted to fix the tire size/gear ratio. in the first picture you can see the old rear end on the side and the new one with the wheels attached so we can roll it into place and get it fitted to see if we needed anymore adjustment. And in fact we did, after putting it in place we noticed that the drive-line was crammed all the way into the transmission so to fix this we drilled a hole on the axle to scooch it back and that was perfect.
