An update after a computer crash and new photo editing software.

You can see in the photos, that even though I dimpled the windage tray to clear the oil pump pick up. Unfortunately I twisted up the end of the tray, just a little. It was hitting the con rod and making a heckuva racket.
Big job to fix, but not too serious by engine standards, after all the other crap I've been through.
Quick work with a pair of pliers took care of the problem.
