I got the PCM for the 6.0 back today and with information from guy who reprogrammed it, got the harness modified to work with my trans. Hopefully...
It's like black box stuff to me, I can only hope I've followed the schematics (which are a little difficult for a novice to decifer) and done all the modifications correctly.
