I have some that look the same but are black from Auto zone installed and I've found if you mount them on something more substantial then those little metal straps, they sound better. I was in Horror Freight one day and noticed the chrome ones so I bought them but never installed them.

Last night I thought I'd try those harbor Freight horns, I'm surprised, they are louder and sound better than the ones from AutoZone! Only thing is the chrome dulls with tiny scratches really easy, like with a little hardly noticeable dirt on your fingers will dull them. I'll see how it goes and maybe paint them. And the metal straps you see with them, they are a little heavier and they are decent hardness spring steel. If you have to bend one, make it a large radius curve or it will break, trust me I know. So the ultra cheap Harbor frieght horns get my vote.
