      Man I need an engine hoist and stand. The prices on the HF hoists are pretty nice:

      Any horror stories? Amazon sells the Torrin crane for a little bit more with good reviews. And it's Prime so I get free shipping on it. ha:

      I used a 20% off coupon and found the folding HF 2T lift coupon at a real low price in a magazine. The local HF didn't have the big one but I found a $5 buck FedEx shipping offer for that 163 pound hoist (which is less then the cost of fuel to the store and back) which got it to me in about 4 days from the West Coast. The lift was missing a caster, I called and a pair were shipped FedEx overnight to me. I did replace the 1/2" unmarked bolts with Grade 8's for a few more bucks. When it was all over, my total outlay for everything was about $150 (this one - 2 ton Capacity Foldable Shop Crane)
      
      If I have any complaint, it's that it takes many, many pumps to raise the boom, but even that's not a big deal (yes, the oil level was checked and the air purged)
