      3M black weather strippng adhesive is what I would try. Probably available at your local big box auto parts store. If its got a thick enough area to work with you may consider reinforcing the bond with a properly trimmed shipping carton staple.

      That's not a good product for extruded, as it's for attaching foam weatherstripping to metal, or repairing foam weatherstripping.
