Have you considered building your own dual snorkel set-up on a budget??

. I did one once, used a second junkyard sourced air cleaner just to rob the snorkel off it, cut a second snorkel hole in my factory single snorkel stock air cleaner housing, then welded the second snorkel onto it(pop rivets would work just as well if welding isn't available.
I used home clothes dryer flexible hose(insulated home HVAC flexible ducting is another idea), stainless zip-tie type clamps, and built two under bumper scoops out of narrow home heating register boxes with an offset end outlet. Had to make some angled cuts and some additional riveting and some course screen to "beautify" the register box so it looked more racy and less crude, but it came out well. Wish I had taken pictures of the duct inlet.

Just some ideas to get you thinking, if you search there are a lot more scoop/duct ideas/shapes/materials out there.
If you can get a second air cleaner for a reasonable cost, no reason you couldn't get a cold air package together for under $150....I think I had about $50 into mine 25 years ago.

Exactly what I had in mind next. I already sourced the ducting on Ebay. You can get 3" flex hose and two flanges with clamps for $14.00 and freee shipping. So, 30 bux for ducting is about all it would cost because I'm sure my son has about 20 old air cleaners around. The only thing I would be picky about is trying to find one that will house a 4" tall element. Don't want to waste my high buck K&N! BUT, still have to find a good place for the flanges. I did punch a 4" hole on either side of the radiator, tho. May be room for the flanges there.
