    I have a 36 Ford pickup that I'm restoring. Don't know much about how the cowl vent is supposed to work. The vent lid is there and a bug screen, but it looks like the handle is broke off, lots of rust, don't see any arm or spring, etc. Since I'm new at this stuff, wondering how the vent works...
