    Hi, I live in Central Texas and have 4 long term projects going, one 47 Chevy, one 66 Chevy, one 70 Chevy, and one 71 Ford. I am happy to have found this hotrodders site and forum for information and ideas.

    Just joined hot rodders. Started out early in the 70's working on a Nascar team . Did some drag racing until a bad crash. Owned a transmission shop sold it in 2012 so I could spend more time with my hot rods.

    I am in the process of 'hot rodding' a classic 4x4 truck and was unsure of a few things. If i was to keep the original body, which i intend to, and replaced the frame and drivetrain, is there a place i could go to get a new serial number for the finished product, if i could combine the numbers...
