    I just bought a 1950 Chevy truck with a SBC 350 engine. The temperature gauge sensor is in the intake manifold near the front. I want to install an electric fan with thermostat control. Should I move the temperature gauge sensor? If so where should it be installed?

    I'm setting up a dual fan Dakota Digital controller... Not sure what temperature set point I should use... SBC 383 with aluminum heads, 190 degree thermostat... I'm thinking first fan on at 200... Second fan on at 208 and off at 203... Any thoughts ?
