The local glass shop here can install a new windsheild with rubber for $175, so I would say the original is not worth a whole lot if it has any separation at the edges.
I paid $40 for my grille when I did my truck 10 years ago at a swap meet. Seems they are going for around $50-75 if they are in perfect condition at the swap meets I have seen.
