I had the front fenders, inner fenders, hood, radiator support off and on my truck dozens of times during body work. Now that it is ready to go to paint I'm worried about getting it all together without damage, ie scratching the firewall fenders, etc. What is the proper seqence of putting it together. Fenders together with the inner panels or separate??? etc...

Any help is appreciated.

Come on buddy, you’ve had those pieces on and off dozens of times and never once considered the proper sequence of putting them on after they were painted! The sequence would be the same as any other truck. Radiator support, inner fenders, outer fenders-yeah separate-and lastly the hood.

As far as not scratching anything, you’re on your own. Goodluck.
