does anybody know any sites for a 13 digit vin search. all sites i've been to require 17 digits. edmunds.com no help either.
trying to get title after 10 years of restoration, DMV comes up as undocumented.

Have you tried this site put in your vin and it decodes it i have used similer ones that worked great. http://www.decodethis.com/PatternDetail.aspx?id=47 . Cole
