Yes they will fit in a 4" bore, I have used up to 2.08" intake valves on a 350.

Used all the time on 350, of course enough clearance depends on a few things like what cam, pistons, etc,etc

Also keep in mind most aftermarket heads like Dart usually use longer valves/pushrods.

when you start running bigger valves they sometimes touch each other just one more thing to check,spin the valves to make sure there is no interference.
