i am in desperate need of a 2.3 liter turbo coupe block. does any one have one???

I think I have 2 or 3 of 'em laying around in the garage. I used to have a couple of XR4TI's. I know one is a complete engine and another bare block, couple of cranks and heads too.

are they turbo blocks, and if so, can i buy them and how much???

yes turbo. the bare block was misdiagnosed as bad block when it was new, had 11,000 miles on it. They put in a new block and the problem was still there so the block should be like new. No pistons or rods. The complete engine has a little over 100k miles and smokes (rings). I'll PM you later with more details.
