Hey, I have a 2000 GMC 2500 series K, 4x4, automatic, 5.7L, 350hp. The problem is it's got major power loss and is running through a lot more fuel than it should. It runs like the timing is off, but it's not. I need to know what all the computer readings should be to make the motor run good, like the specs and that. Mass air, knock center, fuel trim, fuel pressure, cam position, timing, etc...
Here's what I've tried to do so far to get it running right:
1. tested the fuel pressure @ fuel rail (58lbs)
2. gone over firing order (it is correct)
3. changed sensors
4. changed knock sensor
5. hooked it up to a computer, and there are no misfires, no sensors showing up, cam positioning is at zero
6. checked plenum (might be spelled wrong, but you know what I'm talking about) for vaccum leaks, it's good.

Basically I can hook it up to a computer and it tells me all the specs, but I'm not sure what they are supposed to be. My buddy tells me they're fine, but I don't think he knows what they are supposed to read...Does anyone know? This is my work truck, and I need to get it fixed a.s.a.p., but need the correct information to do so...any help would be appreciated!

Don't have all the info you asked for, but here are some readings I took from my 4.3L 2000 Silverado today while at idle. Hope it helps.

Eng. Speed 708rpm
Calc. Load 3.1
MAF 0.72
MAP 9.4
Coolant 167
IAT 81
Ign. Adv. 20.0
ST FTRM1 varies approx 0.0-1.6
LT FTRM1 varies approx 3.1
ST FTRM2 varies approx 0.0-1.6
LT FTRM1 constant -5.5 (suspect a problem with an ox sensor, but just guessing?)
