[76 T/A 4-speed]

does anyone know if standard corvette wheels will work on a 76 T/A without major modifications? i ask because my dad got a whole free set from a vette he clipped and asked me if i wanted them.they are 17 x 9 in front and 18 x 9.5 in rear.brakes on the T/A are standard disc brakes front and rear.--josh

Probably not. The Corvette wheels you are asking about have a lot of negitive offset [back spacing] and likely hit most everything. Try setting on just a wheel and see for yourself.

They would work on a 4X4 S10/S10Blazer/Jimmy etc.. same 35-45mm positive offset & 5X120.7 bolt circle and 12mmX1.5 lug nuts. Your 76 T/A probably has 0 offset. As Henry said they'll hit/rub everything.
