Who is the best engine builder for subaru sti and for any other issues with this car...also it has the "hydra" cpu in it ...anyone familiar with the tuning of this

That is about your best resource for Subaru information. I am not familiar with the Hydra system as I got hooked up with Cobb Performance and use their programmer to retune the stock ECU and it's all I have ever needed. Under the Engine Management section of that website is a Hydra EMS section.
