Let me start off by saying thanks for letting me join. That said, here is what I want to do. I have 2006 crown Vic that is drive by wire. I want to get rid of that. I'm not sure if there is another way or not but a carb conversion seems easiest. I don't have the car it came from or the computer unfortunately. It does have the trans and entire wiring harness. All this will be going into my 72 f100. I know th Edelbrock Victor Jr intake they sell is for 99-04 mustang 4.6. This intake is the one I want to use. Will it work on on my crown Vic engine even though it's a dbw from 06? Or is it easier to buy a computer and pedal assembly? I really want to do something different and put a fitech fuel injection blow though system on the carb intake and turbo it. Please any advice would be awesome. I'm really hoping to be able to use the Edelbrock Victor Jr intake.
