I'm sure this problem has been reported before, but I have had trouble finding it. (perhaps I am searching wrong, but who knows)
My daily driver, an 06 k1500 with a 5.3 and throttle by wire, has has this problem since I bought it three years ago. It started as a simple throttle oscillation, then progressed into full on limp mode, sometimes worse than others, sometimes with almost no difference. Continually throws P0121 and P0122 on the scanner. Tac module replaced, pcm replaced, xmsn brain replaced, throttle body connector replaced, throttle body replaced, no faults found in wiring harness. ( did the throttle body myself, everything else a local shop did.)
Should I be investigating the pedal or more wiring? This one has me pulling my hair out. Took me 20 minutes the other day to get home from just down the street. It will reset and run great after a minute or two of being shut off, but sometimes it comes back immediately, other times it will be fine for a month. Now its daily. Feels like playing Russian roulette.

Got some numbers wrong.

I realize I had the codes wrong. P0120 was the main one, plus a 122: A and B circuit low. Also had ( I wish I had written them down) a bank 2 lean, unconfirmed tac module error, and a bank 1 lean. Just put a new pedal in it yesterday evening so we shall see how it goes. I don't look forward to spark chasing if it doesn't.
