Does anyone know how to take off a camshaft from a 87 oldmobile cutless supreme engine is a 307 v8.. need help.. any comments or directions

Remove the intake and the valve covers. Back off all the rocker arms until the rocker can be moved and the push rods removed. Remove the roller tappets (87 307`s had roller tappets) Remove the timing chain cover, remove the timing gear, remove the cam retainer plate, cam slides out.

i Have another question do you know how the the torquing sequence goes and how many pounds ??
