32 Ford dash removal

Hi my dad passed away about 3 years ago and my mom has his 32 Ford coupe hotrod. At some point he lost the only set of keys he had to the car. So I think the only option is to replace the ignition, however I can't see of any way to access the portion of the dash that houses it. I do see two bolts (with caps in the picture), which I'm thinking might allow me to pull that dash panel (with the gauges) down and access the ignition. This is a fiberglass body kit, though I don't know the maker, but figured maybe someone would be familiar enough to know whether those bolts would remove the dash. Any advice would be appreciated as we need to get it ready to sell! Sorry for all the dust, but all the tree crap has blown in and I haven't had a chance to vacuum it out!

If that is the ignition switch at the left of the stereo then I'd try to remove the stereo box if those screws are accessible. Generally ignition switches have an outer bezel or nut that threads on to the switch body so I'd try also. Removing the dash screws is the easy part, who knows what else is attached to it besides the steering column and a lot of short wires. having the 2 dash screws far from the body structure at the ends indicates there is some structure behind the dash . When you get done you may regret not calling a locksmith.
Can you access the ignition switch from underneath? As stated, the ignition bezel probably screws into the switch body. There may also be a large nut on the backside that screws to the switch body. You may have to remove the stereo to access it.
The box the ignition is in doesn't have any way to access it from the underside. It's a sealed box. I didn't check to see if it had a bezel that would unscrew. With my luck it would fall inside that box.
