Just need to know if a ford 347 stroker absolutly need a low base circle camshaft or a standard diameter will work without any problem

A rapid answer will absolutly be really appreciate..

I used a standard base circle hydraulic roller cam with my CHP 347 kit, no issues. Generally, clearence issues have to do with the type of rod and rod bolt assembly used.

Only engines Ive seen that needed small base circle cams are the long rod chevy 383's
