Just purchased a crossmember from Chassis Engineering! My frame is a " C " channel and I am going inside with my crossmember, after my brackets are welded! My question is after I install this it appears like it isn't going to be strong, sturdy enough Frame that is? Unless I am a worry nut? Any suggestions to give it more stability, unless I am overkill? Advise, thanks, Dana

Need more info....... Is this an engine crossmember, tranny crossmember??

Do you think the frame or the crossmember won't be strong enough?

Poncho, what I think I am going to do is my eng crossmember is made up of 1 1/2 tubing and for me (Stude Trk) I am going to mount it on top of my frame rail and secure it on the side and also run brackets either side! Because on the front of my frame rails it is already secured with a sort of V frame for strength and I don't want to cut or move that! Dana
