just got my 68 ford f-100 out on Sunday for the first time in 4 years, since the project started. the oil pressure under acceleration is around 45-50, but at idle it's pretty low is this the norm for this motor?

10 lbs per 1000 RPM..is traditional, but 25 at Idle makes me happy..

My 390fe Ford 15lbs @ 850 rpm idle. At running speed 2000rpm I have 42lbs using a mellings std pump.
