it is nearly as good as any other.there are a few such as the 3970010 that has extra nickle in the metal to give better performance in the cylinder walls.i have an 014 350 .060"'s over myself.the factory cam specs for the cam are small like most.i have them in a book somewhere but its not worth looking up.i,ve used both 462 and 993 heads with 202 valves and it runs great.
