What kind of cars/ truck engines would have a header that would fit on this engine.. or the dimensions of the exaust manifold face that contacts the block... im thinking of building custom headers.....

Template

You can use the exhaust manifold gasket as a template to cut an exhaust flange for that motor..

Then get some of the bends in a box and weld up your tubes to fit your chassis..

when i went to our gm dealership here they said there was no gasket....

H,mmmm well I am not up on everything out there..lots of changes have been implemented..

maybe take the dimension's off of the existing manifold and do some checking with some of the race suppliers as to a gasket material..

Where there is a "I want to" there is a way..

Many OE apps do not use exhaust manifold gaskets, but fel-pro or someone almost always makes one.
