LOOKING FOR HELP IN ADJUSTING MY ALTERED 130 IN WB WITH 57 IN BALANCE POINT FROM CENTER OF REAR. NOW WITH IC OF 55.95 INCHES HOOKS GOOD BUT WITHOUT WHEELIE BARS WOULD TURN OVER BACKWARDS. ALSO HAS LINK FROM BOTTOM BACK OF SEAT TO LOWER FRONT OF REAREND. WITH UP AND DOWN ADJUSTMENT, WHAT DOES IT DO?
