I am trying to put a '48 Ford p/u back together but I am in need of a diagram for the emergency brake cables. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have to say, if you own an old car like that you need to get the shop manual for it. I never thought a thing of these manuals thinking they were for people who didn't know anything. I have found after getting one to work on my Rambler that they are VERY useful and have the one for my Buick in the garage and refer to it all the time now. I highly recommend you get one and that e-brake cable will be all spelled out in it.

I agree with Brian, I have one for each car I own, even the new ones, and the manuals for cars I commonly work on. It always pays.
