sir . i have a swift lxi ... when i drive the car in 4th gear there is a slight movement in the gear ... like when press the escalator the nob goes back and when the foot is released the nob moves a bit in front ........ what is the problem ... the car is just 2months old

That is normal. The engine is on rubber mounts, so when you accelerate, the engine and transmission move a little. Because the shifter is attatched to the transmission, it moves a little bit too.

Check the motor mounts to make sure one hasn't broken, but otherwise its fine. My Ford Pickup moves the shifter 2 inches when I add power.
