i'd check the phone book.
any drive shaft shop would be able to build you one, or you could get one at a junk yard and have them modify it (which would be the cheapest route), but just remember to get one that is too long.
63 Belair has a 2 piece driveshaft, 3 "U" joints and a hanger bearing. Junkyard is probably your best bet, but rebuild it when you find one. The "U" joints and bearing are still available.
