I was wondering if a 66 or 67 nova front hubs will work on my 63. I got all 4 bolt stuff and im going to 5 bolt.

Yes, as will any GM A body from 64 - 72.

You will need the spindles to match the hubs, as well as 64-67 Nova steering arms. If you don't use 64-67 Nova spindles you will need to adapt the lower ball joint to the non-Nova spindle. The steering stop on the 62-63 lower arms will be too long and in the wrong place.
