OK... 67 Camaro,stock 327, 2 speed power-glide, runs great except when I shift into drive or reverse. Up on jacks, shift into gear and giving it gas sounds good in drive and reverse. With brakes on shift into gear car stalls. Timing maybe off, bla bla bla... I have this kinda kinked tube protruding out of the transmission and I can't find it in manuals. Is it a breather or should it be hooked to a vacuum line? Trying to get my baby going but stumped on this one, any ideas?

Thats the modulator line.
It needs direct vacuum.
The other end should be connected to the modulator valve at the transmission.

For direct vacuum, would that be t'ed off the carb vacuum? Thanks for the help.
