ive done many floor pan repairs on modern day unibody cars. but, i hade the bench to clamp it in place to keep the body square. my question is with out a bench o jig for my 68 whats a good way to keep the body from flexing while change the whole floor or should i just do one side at at a time to be safe.

That centre hump looks pretty solid, I would go one side at a time.
