I am curious if it possible the B&M shift improver kit was properly installed?

Has there been a main line pressure test to see what is happening? Wear in the TV boost valve bore inside the v-body can cause a 'no upshift'.

Well Im Sure The Kit Was Installed Correctly, But The Issue Was There Previously To The Kit Being Installed. I'll Do A Pressure Check Today. Weird Thing Is I Installed A Different Valve Body The Second Time, So The Tcc Lockup Was Coverted To Hydraulic Instead Of Electric, But The Problem Is Still There.

I've had it happen before where one of the seals on the servo (apply piston) rolled off during installation, causing it to lose 2nd gear (or o/d, depending on which seal came loose).
