Hey all. I just finished rebuilding a 1992 700R4. I've rebuilt a 760E and another 700R4.
On this new rebuild, after I finished, I grabbed the output shaft and gave it a coupla turns.
On every complete revolution I could hear a clicking from I'm pretty sure was the pump.
Is this normal? I can't remember if I did it on the others.

Pump doesn’t turn when you turn the output shaft. you’re hearing the governor weights opening and closing as you rotate the shaft.

Thanks so much!!!! I put a new gear on and cleaned it but forgot all about it. Duh
