i just recently put a crate 350 gm in my 71 lemans... yes i know but it was cheaper and i dont have the money. anyhow. i have it all hooked up and ready to run. but.... i am having problems getting gas from the tank to the motor. the pump is good. i tested that. the line is clear from the pump to the tank. i dont know what to do anymore. could i by pass all the other lines and just run a line to the pump and a return line? other suggestions.. help!

When you pull the line off the pump does fuel come out? If not it could be a plugged fuel filter or rust in the tank plugging the outlet. Is it a mechanical pump or electric? How did you test the pump? Is a rubber hose kinked? Check the obvious first.
